The Center for Maternal and Child Health Medicaid Partnerships (CMMP) will support state Medicaid, CHIP and Title V programs to effectively collaborate and advance maternal and child health. The Center brings programs together to coordinate resources and activities with the goal of more quickly advancing outcomes for maternal and child health populations, children, and their families. The CMMP is managed by Altarum in partnership with the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS), Family Voices, and the Association for Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP). Whether you are a state Medicaid, CHIP or Title V program looking to become involved with the CMMP, or a maternal and child health expert looking to lend your expertise, or simply someone who has questions about this work, we would like to hear from you.
