Carolina Clark, MD, MPH is an Associate Medical Director of Pediatrics at the Tennessee Department of Health. Dr. Clark received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University, her medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine in San Antonio, and a Master’s in Public Health from the UT School of Public Health in Houston. She completed her pediatrics residency at Vanderbilt University.
As an Associate Medical Director, Dr. Clark directs and provides medical consultation for Tennessee’s child health programs, such as the Newborn Screening, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) surveillance, and Tennessee Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Education and Support (TCAPES) programs.
