Tarah Amling, BSN, RN is a Public Health Nurse Consultant for the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Surveillance program at the Tennessee Department of Health. Tarah received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Tarah has worked both as a public health nurse conducting surveillance and providing data management and in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring directly for infants diagnosed with NAS.
