Franklin is a third year medical student at Drexel University College of Medicine. He has a keen interest in social determinants of health which has provided inspiration in his research of emergency preparedness for families of children and youth with special health care needs. He graduated with a bachelors in biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021.
