Rebecca Russell serves as Vice President, Applied Research and Evaluation at the National Institute for Children’s Healthy Quality (NICHQ). Her responsibilities include oversight of activities and staff in the Department of Applied Research and Evaluation to ensure the successful design, execution and supervision of applied research projects, integrating evaluation into overall project management plans, and data collection, analysis and interpretation to assess project results and measure impact. Rebecca’s expertise includes applied research methodology, qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, implementation science, epidemiology and biostatistics. Rebecca received her BS in Biology from University of Georgia and her MSPH in Epidemiology from University of South Carolina School of Public Health and has recently completed a Certificate Program in Implementation Science from the University of California, San Francisco.
