Marsha Davis has worked at Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition in various positions for 18 years and is the Project Director of the Magnolia Project. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Organizational Management from Edward Waters University. Ms. Davis has chaired the Community Action Team (CAT) is a member of the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Team (FIMR) and has experience in Program Management. She is knowledgeable in the Life Course Model, Maternal & Child Health, Racial Disparities, Infant Mortality and Social Determinants of Health. Marsha has more than 25 years working in social services with pre-conception, pre- and post-natal women, men, infants, and children.
