Elizabeth Dunlevey is a Public Health Program Administrator at the Pennsylvania Department of Health. In this role, she is the project officer for the safe sleep initiative, child injury prevention programming in the home, and Safe Kids Pennsylvania. These programs are components of the Department’s Title V priorities to support infant wellbeing and protective factors as well as early childhood development and protective factors . During her nineteen-year tenure with the Commonwealth Elizabeth has held several roles with both the Department of Health and the Department of Human Services. She earned a BS from Penn State University. As the parent of a special needs child, Elizabeth understands the system from many sides which greatly informs her work to reduce barriers and support people how they need support.
